Harris County Precinct 4 issued a notice for Allgood Construction to begin construction on a $9.4 million project March 21 to widen the Gosling Road bridge across Willow Creek and upgrade the two-lane asphalt road to four concrete lanes between West Mossy Oaks and West Rayford roads in Spring. Estimated timeline: March 21-August 13 3. Texas Department of Transportation’s $2.3 million Statewide Curb Ramp Project on FM 1960, implemented to meet Americans with Disabilities Act requirements, has been delayed by utility conflicts that required construction plan modifications, TxDOT Public Information officer Danny Perez said. The project was 60 percent complete in May and will resume in July, Perez said. Estimated timeline: October 2016-early 2019
