A joint participation project between Champions Municipal Utility District and Harris County Precinct 4 to upgrade the two-lane asphalt roadway to a two-lane concrete pavement between FM 1960 and Cypress Creek was sent out for bids June 8. The low bidder will begin construction when the process is completed.
