    • Friendswood City Council will meet at 5 p.m. Monday at City Hall, 910 S. Friendswood Drive, Friendswood. In a work session, council members are expected to renew discussions about the city's EMS program, which despite being an award-winning volunteer service, has faced potential financial insolvency.

    • The Pearland Planning and Zoning Commission will meet at 6:30 p.m. Monday at City Hall, located at 3519 Liberty Drive, Pearland.

    • Friendswood Planning and Zoning Commission will meet at 7 p.m. Thursday at City Hall, located at 910 S. Friendswood Drive, Friendswood.
