Deadline for Williamson County health assessment survey is fast approaching

Williamson County is working to improve health and wellness through a community health assessment, and residents have until May 31 to complete a survey online or in-person, according to a news release.

The county kicked off the assessment May 1 by asking community members for input on what they believe are the most pressing issues in the county. The feedback will be used to inform decisionmaking, prioritize health issues and assist in the development and implementation of a Community Health Improvement Plan, the release said.

The survey, which can be completed in about 5 minutes, is available in English and Spanish at www.healthywilliamsoncounty.org/cha. Survey responses are kept confidential.
