Fort Bend County agencies and organizations will embark on a resources tour beginning Aug, 13.

Sugar Land, Fort Bend County and Fort Bend ISD have public meetings scheduled this week, Feb. 26-March 2.

1) The Fort Bend ISD board of trustees meets for a regular business meeting 6 p.m. Monday at 16431 Lexington Blvd., Sugar Land. The board and staff will discuss FBISD’s demographic report presented by consultant Population and Survey Analysts, enrollment projections, safety and security updates and the facilities master plan.

2) The Fort Bend County Commissioners Court convenes 1 p.m. Tuesday at 401 Jackson Street, Richmond. The Houston-Galveston Area Council will present a workshop for the 2045 regional transportation plan, addressing growth in the area, transportation challenges and future goals.

3) Sugar Land City Council meets 5:30 p.m. Tuesday at 2700 Town Center Blvd. North, Sugar Land, hosting workshops to review the naming of the Main Street bridge, the city’s fire and emergency medical service annual report and its financial management policy statements.
