Town of Flower Mound officials announced Feb. 7 that Centurion American has signed lease agreements with Merrill Lynch, Bank of America and Orange Theory to occupy spaces in the River Walk at Central Park development.

The businesses will occupy space in the two buildings under construction at the southeast corner of FM 2499 and Central Park Avenue.

Additionally, Centurion told officials construction crews are putting the final touches on the parking garage located behind the Courtyard by Marriott Dallas Flower Mound. It is expected to be complete by the end of the month.
