Here's how much local and state candidates have raised and spent on elections so far

Candidates running in the March 6 primaries and the November general elections were required to submit campaign finance reports Jan. 16. These reports show how many political contributions and expenditures candidates received and spent during their first few months of campaigning.

Candidates are required to submit campaign finance reports in January, July, 30 days before the general election and eight days before the general election.

At the county level, former Precinct 3 Commissioner Will Conley, who is running for judge, is leading in total political contributions with $125,801. Precinct 3 appointee commissioner Lon Shell, is running to keep his seat and has raised $23,100. Precinct 2 incumbent Mark Jones has raised $18,100.

House District 45 has six candidates running for Jason Isaac's seat. Isaac is running for Congressional District 21. Republican candidate Amber Pearce, a Blanco County resident, has raised the most political contributions out of the six.

Senate District 25 is currently served by Republican Donna Campbell, who is running against GOP candidate Shannon McClendon and two Democrats, Steven Kling and Jack Guerra. Campbell has raised $107,516.35 in political contributions so far.

These totals do not include the total political contributions maintained as of the last day of the reporting period.
