Homes in The Woodlands Hills will range from roughly 1,400-square feet and up, with homes priced from $200,000s to $500,000s, said Heath Melton, vice president of master-planned communities for The Woodlands Development Company.
A grand opening celebration for the community is scheduled for May, and it will showcase the first single-family model homes, Melton said.
