Applicants include Evergreen at 380, Maddox Square, The Heights, Sphinx at McKinney Ranch Senior Villas, Circle F Ranch lofts and Circle F Ranch senior living.
Applications must be submitted by Jan. 26, Assistant City Manager Barry Shelton said during tonight's meeting.
A resolution of support from council gives the development 17 points, a no objection resolution gives the development 10 points and a resolution of objection does not give the development points.
Shelton said the 9 percent program is competitive, and projects need as many points as possible. Should the applicant not receive the 9 percent credit, the project developer may apply for a 4 percent credit, which is a noncompetitive program.
