A staple menu item at The Omega Grill is the Chicken and Waffles, served with hand-battered chicken tenders, a waffle and regular or hot sauce syrup. “For the most part, our biggest seller is the spicy blueberry bravado hot sauce syrup that we have,” co-owner Marianna Huliaris said. “People love it with the chicken and waffles.” The $11 Chicken and Waffles entree at The Omega Grill are customizable, and patrons have the option of regular or Cap’n Crunch cereal-breaded chicken tenders, Huliaris said. Customers can also choose special extras for their waffles, she said. “It’s our secret waffle recipe,” Huliaris said. “We add some things—we can do blueberry waffles, bacon waffles, strawberry, chocolate, all kinds of stuff.” The Omega Grill has been open in The Woodlands area for nearly two years and offers various sandwiches, hot dogs, burgers and Southern comfort food items.
