Children's Museum of Houston opens doors for Harvey evacuees

The Children’s Museum of Houston is reopening its doors today to assist families affected by Hurricane Harvey.
Starting today, the museum will offer free admission to families in shelters, and Free Family Night Thursday has been rescheduled to 3-6 p.m. today.
For those people who want to assist families affected by the storm, the museum will be work with Houston ISD to collect back-to-school supplies and HISD uniforms for students.
Emergency childcare will be provided to families at the George R. Brown Convention Center’s “Kids Zone by the museum and YMCA.
