10 Greater Houston area lane closures to be aware of this weekend, Aug. 18-20

Several lane closures are scheduled to take place this weekend, Aug. 18-20, in and around the Greater Houston Area, according to Houston TranStar.

If you are planning to travel this weekend, here are a few lane closures to note:

1. One inside lane of 610 Loop South will be closed westbound from Scott Street to FM 521 Almeda Road until 10 a.m. Aug. 19.

2. I-69 will be closed southbound between Bamore Road and Hwy. 36 in Rosenberg nightly from 9 p.m.-5 a.m. Aug. 18-19. The same stretch of I-69 northbound will be closed nightly from 9 p.m.-5 a.m. Aug. 18-20.

3. The Hwy. 290 eastbound connector ramp to Loop 610 West will be closed nightly from 8 p.m.-8 a.m. Aug. 18-20.

4. From Bunker Hill Road to Campbell Road, three inside lanes of I-10 Katy eastbound and three outside lanes of I-10 Katy westward will be closed nightly from 9 p.m.-5 a.m. Aug. 17-Aug. 19. The managed lane on the same stretch of road will also be closed nightly from 9 p.m.-5 a.m. Aug. 17-19.

5. The I-45 southbound frontage road from Vision Park Drive to Wellman Road in Shenandoah will be closed daily from 9 a.m.-3 p.m. through Aug. 31.

6. The I-45 northbound exit ramp to St. Joseph Parkway/Pease Street will be closed until 5 a.m. Oct. 2.

7. The Beltway 8 North eastbound exit ramp to John F. Kennedy Blvd. will be closed until 5 a.m. Oct. 2.

8. The Beltway 8 North westbound exit ramp to Aldine Westfield Road will be closed until 5 a.m. Sept. 11.

9. One outside lane of the I-10 East frontage road at Federal Road will be closed eastbound from 9 a.m.-3 p.m. through Aug. 19.

10. The 610 Loop North eastbound exit ramp to West TC Jester Blvd. will be closed from 9 p.m. Aug. 18 until 5 a.m. Aug. 21.
