Gates will open at 8 p.m. today for a family screening of the animated film "Zootopia" at the Frisco Water Park, 5828 Nancy Jane Lane in Frisco. Tickets are $10 per person and free for children under 2 years old. Tickets are available at www.friscofun.org, but must be picked up at the Frisco Athletic Center for children under the age of 2.

2. Collin Classic bike rally benefits Boys and Girls Clubs

Cyclists looking to ride for a cause this weekend can check out the 26th Collin Classic bike rally at 7 a.m. Saturday at Oak Point Park and Nature Preserve, 2801 E. Spring Creek Parkway in Plano. Participants can bike through routes of 17, 30, 40, 51 or 62 miles in length. Fully stocked rest stops will be available along the routes and a concert will follow the riding portion of the event. Proceeds from the event will go toward the Boys and Girls Clubs of Collin County. Event organizers expect 2,000 riders to participate, Plano city spokesman Steve Stoler wrote in an email.
