1. Enjoy live music at the Bud Light Weenie Roast
Hosted by radio station 94.5 The Buzz, the music event features rock bands Chevelle and Blue October as well as 10 Years, Missio and Dinosaur Pile Up.

2. Sign up the kids for the The Woodlands Family YMCA Kids Triathlon
The annual triathlon consists of a swim, bike and run and is geared toward athletes ages 6 to 12.

5. Keep your balance at a stand-up paddleboard yoga class
SUP Yoga-Lake Woodlands hosts the two-hour class at Riva Row Boat House. A short ride from the boat house, the paddle board yoga class includes a hour-long Vinyasa flow session on Lake Woodlands. Attendees are encouraged to bring a swimsuit or athletic clothing, sunscreen and a bottle of water.
