Concrete foundations were poured May 18 for the two remaining buildings in the 40,000-square-foot Nutty Brown Business Park development located south of the intersection of Hwy. 290 and Nutty Brown Road, according to owner and developer Ron McGuire.
Once completed, the development will include seven buildings with the ability to house up to 18 tenants. According to McGuire, over 30,000 square feet remains unleased.
Building C, the largest in the development, can accommodate 3,300 square feet of office space, McGuire said. By adding a second story to the building, McGuire said he was able to increase the available square footage.
“The office space should be completed in about a month,” he said.
In April, 20,000 feet of concrete was poured for the driveway, McGuire said.
The development is slated for completion by the end of July.
