Early voting ends Tuesday

City Council regular meeting
McKinney City Council will meet Tuesday at 6 p.m. at the City Hall Council Chambers, 222 N. Tennessee St., McKinney. At the meeting, council members are expected to discuss funding for improvement projects along the Craig Ranch Parkway hike and bike trail and a proposed future fire station location north of the Collin College Training Facility. A resort hotel, branded as a Marriott Autograph Collection hotel, located on an eight-acre piece of land northeast of Collin McKinney and Van Tuyl parkways, will also be discussed at the meeting.

National Day of Prayer
People of all ages are invited to join business, church and city leaders to worship and pray. The event will be held at Bonnie Wenk Park, 2996 Virginia Parkway, McKinney, from 5:30-7 p.m. For more information about this free event, visit the event's
