Voters wanting to participate before the official May 6 election can still vote early through Tuesday in Williamson and Travis counties.

Voting locations in Cedar Park and Leander area include:

  • Cedar Park Fire Department Station No. 4, 150 Church Park Road

  • Cedar Park Public Library, 550 Discovery Blvd.

  • Cedar Park Randalls, 1400 Cypress Creek Road

  • Anderson Mill Limited District, 11500 El Salido Parkway in Austin


In Williamson County, polls open from 7 a.m.-7 p.m. Monday and Tuesday.

For Travis County voters, early voting polls are open from noon-6 p.m. today and from 7 a.m.-7 p.m. Monday and Tuesday.

Local voters can select from candidates on Cedar Park City Council. Two council seats are included in the election. Incumbent Lyle Grimes is running against Anne Duffy for Place 3, while incumbent Jon Lux will go up against Heather R. Jefts for Place 5.

For those residents who live within Round Rock ISD, there is a $572.09 million bond election.

Voters should bring their voter registration card as well as an approved form of photo identification. The forms include:

  • Texas Driver License issued by the Texas Department of Public Safety

  • Texas Election Identification Certificate

  • Texas Personal Identification Card

  • Texas License to Carry a Handgun

  • S. Military ID Card containing the person’s photograph

  • S. Citizenship Certificate containing the person’s photograph

  • S. Passport


For those who do not have photo identification, a supporting document can be substituted for a provisional ballot, including a:

  • Valid Voter Registration Certificate

  • Certified original birth certificate

  • Copy of or original current utility bill

  • Copy of or original bank statement

  • Copy of or original government check

  • Copy of or original paycheck

  • Copy of or original government document with your name and an address
