Steamed milk and caramel are added to fresh espresso to make the caramel mocha at The Cup Coffee & Cone in Cypress.

Mochas, lattes and shaved-ice frappucinos are popular coffee drinks, owner Brad Hubbard said. Beverages can be served hot, iced or frozen. Small drinks are $3.75. Large drinks are $4.25.

“Everything is homemade,” Hubbard said. “We can make any coffee that you get at any other coffee shop.”

Unlike other coffee shops, however, The Cup Coffee & Cone offers dozens of flavors of snow cones, including Tiger’s Blood and Cookie Dough. A food truck serves up tacos, brisket, burgers and fried fish among other specialties.

Hubbard also operates Harris County Party Rentals at the same site, offering party hosting services, including access to 120 inflatables, lighting, tables, chairs and tents. Starting in mid-May, the spot will be open daily.
