The Williamson County Master Gardeners teaches attendees how to enhance their garden with native, adapted plants and herbs sold by Williamson County Master Gardeners Association at an event 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on April 1 at the Williamson County Show Barn, 425 E. Morrow St., Georgetown.

The fair will hold free programs on aquaponics; herb plants and uses; building keyhole and straw bale gardens; and square foot gardening; as well as a class on selecting trees and treating tree diseases in Williamson County. Attendees can also build rain barrels and raised garden beds.

Kids can also get their hands dirty with activities provided by the Williamson County Junior Master Gardeners.
