Collin County Commissioners meeting talks parks

County officials will be discussing parks at this week's Commissioners Court meeting. The discussion will include current park uses and needs, as well as future planning and special projects. The commissioners will also receive an update from the North Central Texas Council of Government's Regional Transportation Committee and an update from the Conference of Urban Counties. US 380 meeting will include update from Ray Perryman

Collin County commissioners are hosting a meeting on the latest study results for US 380. The meeting will take place from 6-7:30 p.m. Monday on the fourth floor of the Jack Hatchell Administration Building, 2300 Bloomdale Rd., McKinney. Ray Perryman will present the results of his study on US 380. County officials are inviting all cities along the 380 corridor to this presentation. The meeting is open to the public. McKinney Planning and Zoning Commission meets Tuesday night

The McKinney Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a regularly scheduled meeting at 6 p.m. Tuesday in the council chambers at City Hall, 222 N. Tennessee St., McKinney. The agenda includes multiple rezoning requests, including one that would allow a single family development at Virginia Parkway and Crutcher Crossing and another that would allow for a daycare near the southeast corner of US 380 and Stonebridge Drive.
