Rollingwood set for new sleep center in March

Neurotech Diagnostics was granted a special-use permit by Rollingwood City Council on Jan. 18.

The Houston-based business, which has since renamed Heartstrong Sleep Centers, will open a facility at 2712 Bee Caves Road, Ste. 102, Austin, in March, owner Joshua Arterbury said. The Austin site will operate a diagnostics practice that focuses on sleep disorders and studies as well as seizure disorders, epilepsy and other neurological ailments.

The special-use permit was needed to allow the business to offer overnight sleep studies in a commercial building, City Manager Charles Winfield said.

Heartstrong has sites in Katy, Sealy and The Woodlands.
