Pet Rescue Conference Feb. 3-4 Residents interested in being pet rescuers in Montgomery County will learn some basics about animal health care. Friday night’s keynote speaker, Charles Jackson, the new Montgomery County Animal Shelter director, will discuss CPR and first aid for pets, the basics of fostering local shelter or rescue animals and how to safely trap, neuter and return community cats. Jackson will also hold an Ask the Vet session.
