Pisco sour Churrascos[/caption]

Churrascos opened in The Woodlands in November and offers a variety of specially made cocktails.

One of the South American steakhouse’s specialty drinks is the $12.95 pisco sour, which is made with pisco la caravedo, the national spirit of Peru.

The drink also includes egg white, lime juice, sugar and angostura char, which are aromatic bitters. Once the drink is made, it is set on fire with Bacardi 151 rum and bitters.

Chief Operating Manager Fred Espinoza said the restaurant as a whole gives customers a unique experience.

“The Churrasco’s experience itself, the dish, it’s quite unique,” Espinoza said. “The meat gets twice the exposure and is a lot thinner. Since opening here, people have really liked it.”

Churrasco’s has happy hour every day from 4-7 p.m. and all day Thursday.
