The latest
“Thanks to social media and word of mouth, business has been better than expected,” managing partner Dana Dupree said. “It’s been a lot of fun getting involved with the community.”
From Louisiana, Head Chef Daniel Hatcher began over the summer and added a Cajun influence to the menu. Hatcher is currently revamping the restaurant’s menu of cocktails and appetizers, Dupree said.
What’s next
In year two, Dupree said Napa Flats will continue to use the freshest ingredients from local suppliers. She also said the location is looking to add 20 new wines to its already expansive menu.
Napa Flats will continue to develop unique daily specials and is looking to introduce seasonal cocktails in the future, she said.
