The Middle Spoon desserterie and bar opened Feb. 1 in Sugar Land Town Square. Mother and son Cindy and Karl Parvez own the restaurant, which is the first Texas location for the Canadian chain.
The Middle Spoon’s menu includes desserts, such as cheesecake, lemon Pavlova, pies, tortes and cocktails with fruit juices and syrups made in-house.
The latest
The restaurant added soups, salads and sandwiches and is in the process of updating its menu.
