What we reported Owner Robin Marshall opened Toffee Cellar Artisan Toffee and Other Obsessions on Oct. 1 near the Farmers Market on Tamina in Magnolia. The business offers eight types of artisan toffee and six flavors of cupcakes, with plans to add flavors as the business grows. Shipping services are also available.

The latest After focusing on toffee sales for the holiday season, Toffee Cellar resumed its cupcake production in early January. Marshall said her signature vanilla bean cupcake with caramel drizzle and white chocolate cashew toffee crumbles on top has become a customer favorite.

What’s next Marshall plans to add artisan, homemade-style ice cream in 2017 and additional cupcake flavors.
