Everything at Season’s Harvest Cafe is made from scratch with natural and local ingredients, and the coffee is no exception. The pumpkin spice cinnamon mocha is made with coffee beans that are locally roasted from Geva, a coffee company on Hwy. 249.

Head barista Joshua Griffith, son of the cafe’s owner Beket Griffith, said he uses milking instead of milk to make the coffee. Milking is a slow pasteurized, nonhomogenized alternative to the regular creamy ingredient in most drinks, he said.

Joshua said for $4.75, the pumpkin mocha is the most popular drink for the cafe in the fall, but flat whites and lattes are also common orders.

“The mocha mixes well with the espresso to be able to do latte art,” Joshua said.

Season’s Harvest also sells locally grown baked goods in their shop.
