Residents and businesses within downtown Humble could participate in a contest judging the best Christmas lights in the area. Atascocita High School to compete for state football title in San Antonio

With four touchdowns, Atascocita quarterback Daveon Boyd propelled the Eagles to a 33-27 victory Saturday against North Shore in the Class 6A Division I region finals. He threw for 349 yards and rushed for three touchdowns, including the game-winner in overtime. The Eagles will face Lake Travis High School in the Class 6A Division I state semifinals at the Alamodome in San Antonio at 2 p.m. on Saturday.

Christmas Parade of Lights

For the 25th consecutive year, the city of Humble hosts one of the largest small town parades in the Greater Houston area at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 6. The theme is Silver Bells this year.
