Crisp in The Woodlands features an extensive brunch menu with popular cocktails—one of which is a unique take on the Moscow mule.
Owner Dave Dobbins said a popular brunch cocktail at the eatery is the Morning Mule. The $8 cocktail is made with Dripping Springs orange vodka, a splash of squeezed orange juice and Gosling’s ginger beer. The drink is garnished with an orange.
“All of our drinks here are handcrafted,” Dobbins said. “We’re a family-owned and operated business.”
Brunch at Crisp is offered Friday, Saturday and Sunday, and happy hour is offered Monday through Friday from 3-7 p.m. and includes small plates and personal pizzas.
Aside from serving handcrafted cocktails, Crisp also has more than 100 selected wines and seasonal craft brews from which customers can choose. Take out orders are also available at the eatery and can be picked up at the bar area after calling ahead.
