Incumbent Chuck Ruckel is leading opponent Ramona Brumfield by 59.47 percent of the vote with 75,919 votes in early votes cast in the Nov. 8 General Election for Collin County Justice of the Peace, Precinct 3, Seat 1.
Opponent Ramona Brumfield earned about 40.53 percent of the vote.
