Conroe ISD is accommodating population growth on the east side of I-45 by constructing a new elementary school and a new high school in the Oak Ridge feeder zone. Additionally, several projects have been completed or are underway throughout the district. The girls locker room renovations at The Woodlands High School were funded by the district’s general fund. However, funding for the other projects comes from the district’s $4.87 million 2015 bond referendum.
