At their Sept. 28 meeting, West Lake Hills City Council adopted a tax rate for fiscal year 2016-17 at $0.0572 per $100 of valuation, maintaining the rate set for FY 2015-16.
“In 2015 the council raised the tax rate from $0.054, which had been in place for a number of years,” City Administrator Robert Wood said.
Council also approved the proposed FY 2016-17 budget, with estimated general fund revenue of $5,403675 and general fund expenditures of $5,458,353.
