The following closures related to the MoPac Improvement Project have been scheduled to take place this week by the Texas Department of Transportation:
Tuesday night lane closures
- Traffic will be reduced to one southbound inside lane between Hwy. 183 and Steck Avenue from 8 p.m. until 5 a.m. Tuesday through Thursday nights. Periodic Steck Avenue exit closures will occur during these hours.
- The northbound outside lane will be closed between the Colorado River and Enfield Road from 9 p.m. until 6 a.m. Tuesday through Thursday nights.
- The northbound auxiliary lane will be closed between Westover Road and 35th St from 9 p.m. until 6 a.m. Wednesday.
- The northbound outside lane will be closed between the Colorado River and Enfield Road from 9 p.m. until 6 a.m.
Wednesday night lane closures
- Wednesday night, the southbound outside lane will be closed between Steck Ave. and Anderson Lane from 8 p.m. until 5 a.m. Thursday.
- Traffic will be reduced to one northbound outside lane between RR 2222 and Hwy. 183 from 8 p.m. until 6 a.m.
- The northbound outside lane will be closed between Braker Lane and Park Bend Drive from 8 p.m. until 6 a.m.
- The southbound Far West Boulevard exit will be closed from midnight until 5 a.m. Thursday morning.
- The northbound auxiliary lane will again be closed between Westover Road and 35th St from 9 p.m. until 6 a.m.
- The northbound outside lane will again be closed between the Colorado River and Enfield Road from 9 p.m. until 6 a.m.
Thursday night lane closures
- Thursday night, the northbound outside lane will be closed between Braker Lane and Park Bend Drive from 8 p.m. until 6 a.m. Friday morning.
- The northbound inside lane will be closed between Anderson Lane and Hwy. 183 from 8 p.m. Thursday until 6 a.m. Friday.
- Traffic will be reduced to one northbound outside lane between 45th St. and Anderson Lane from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m.
- The northbound auxiliary lane will again be closed between Westover Road and 35th St from 9 p.m. Thursday until 6 a.m. Friday.
- The northbound outside lane will again be closed between the Colorado River and Enfield Road from 9 p.m. Thursday until 6 a.m. Friday.
