1. Aquarena Springs Drive overpass
The Texas Department of Transportation is working to construct a bridge on Aquarena Springs Drive over the Union Pacific railroad tracks in San Marcos. Lane closures within the project area, which spans from near Charles Austin Drive to near Thorpe Lane, lasted through early April. When completed, the road will include an overpass with two travel lanes in each direction as well as two-lane access roads in each direction. 2. Post Road bridge replacement

3. Goforth Road widening

4. Marketplace Avenue extension
The extension of Marketplace Avenue is expected to be complete by July. In early April remaining work included adjusting utilities, final paving, and construction of a roundabout at the intersection of Marketplace and Burleson Street. 5. Centerpoint Road construction
The intersection of Centerpoint Road and the entrances to the Tanger and Premium outlets in San Marcos will have a traffic signal and rebuilt crosswalks when construction is completed in late April, city officials said.
