The margarita is garnished with cinnamon.[/caption]The Fireball margarita started out as an experiment, but its fast-catching popularity turned it into an On The Rox menu staple. The housemade frozen margarita is topped with a shot of Fireball whiskey and garnished with two cinnamon sticks.
“It’s a real treat for your senses,” bar manager Kristen Stelzer said. “It’s an On The Rox original. No one else does it.”
The margarita, which costs $8.99, can be ordered at any On The Rox location, including the brand new 3,500-square-foot bar on Jones Road in Cy-Fair. Aside from a wide variety of drinks, the bar and grill also offers a full menu with a different food or drink special each day of the week and a brunch menu available on weekends. A new expansion is underway that will add a non-smoking section to the Jones Road venue.
