A Texas tradition for more than 80 years, the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo takes place March 1-20 at NRG Park. The event features a lineup of livestock judging and competition, live music, a carnival and various family-friendly events.

Rodeo events
Riders compete in five three-day series brackets for cash prizes and a chance to make it to the Super Shootout championship round. The competition includes traditional rodeo events, such as bareback horse riding, barrel racing, bull riding, saddle bronco riding, steer wrestling and cattle roping.
