Bazille General Manager Jeremy Dela Cruz said the restaurant’s popular cocktail, the Nor’Easter, is a twist on the Moscow Mule.
A concoction that consists of Maker’s Mark, maple syrup, lime juice and artisanal ginger beer, the $11 cocktail is made with whiskey instead of vodka and served in a tin mug.
“We pride ourselves on our handcrafted cocktails,” Dela Cruz said. “We also make our own syrups, such as grenadine and jalapeno syrup, and use fresh juice in our drinks.”
Bazille, which opened in September 2014, is located in Nordstrom and serves contemporary bistro-style food, such as salads, pizzas and flatbreads, sandwiches and specialties, such as grilled shrimp and asparagus risotto, roast chicken pommes frites and steak au poivre.
Drinks on the menu are priced between $10-$11 while food items are priced between $11-$29.
Bazille is located on the second floor of the department store at The Woodlands Mall.
