“We believe in the whole student, so we want to have opportunities that appeal to everyone,” Principal John Carter said.
With the new math courses, students will have the option to enroll in AP Calculus C, Multivariable Calculus, Differential Equations, Linear Algebra and Contemporary Math Topics: Dynamic Systems.
“We’ve had students accelerating through the math program and finishing early,” Carter said. “Austin is a hotbed for [engineering, science and mathematics].”
