Located on 83 acres at the southwest corner of SH 121 and Preston Road, Village 121 will feature a mix of office space, retail and restaurants, as well as a hotel and apartments. Dallas-based real estate firm Lincoln Property Company sold nine acres of the property to Silverstone Healthcare of Dallas for the development of a senior living facility, construction for which is currently underway.
