The inaugural Off The Rails Country Music Fest will be hosted in Frisco featuring a line up of country music's top artists in 2016. The country music festival, which takes place April 23-24, will feature artists such as Blake Shelton, Eric Church, Chris Young, Sam Hunt, Joe Nichols, Chase Rice, Ashley Monroe and more. In addition, there will be several festival attraction for attendees to experience. The festival will include a street taco cook-off, bourbon tasting tent, local craft beers and barbecue, interactive games, two step dance lessons and a trading post full of local western products. “We’re excited to host ‘Off The Rails Country Music Fest’ at Toyota Stadium in Frisco,” Frisco Mayor Maher Maso said in a press release. “An event of this caliber provides A-list entertainment opportunities for our residents in their own backyard. Not only that, we’re delighted the event promotion embraces our city’s heritage, deeply rooted in the railroad.
