Updated Jan. 12: The bar is now open, though it is temporarily going without a name until it selects one from a competition.

A new bar will open in downtown Round Rock at the end of December at 121 E. Main St., the former location of Krave Wine Bar & Bistro. The bar, as of yet unnamed, will be a full bar featuring custom cocktails and small plates with a vintage aesthetic, co-owner Kitty Camareno said.

Camareno said the cocktail menu will feature 10 signature drinks and change with the season. She said the bar will feature wine and draft and bottle beer as well.

The bar will also feature live music on Thursday, Friday and Saturday.

"It'll be a nice place to come after work or on a date night," she said.

Camareno and her husband, Joe, jumped at the opportunity when the location became available, she said.

"We love downtown Round Rock," she said. "We love the vibe. We've really gotten to know the people of Round Rock, and we fell in love with the community."

Hours will be Sun.–Fri. 4 p.m.–midnight and Sat. 4 p.m.–1 a.m. Camareno said the bar will open Dec. 29, and a grand opening celebration will be held New Year's Eve.
