This month's featured neighborhood, Caballo Ranch, is in Cedar Park though it carries a Leander zip code. It is located just north of the intersection of Ronald Reagan and Whitestone boulevards. Caballo Ranch features large trees, two creeks and wide green spaces. Residents have close access to Parmer Lane and Cedar Park Regional Medical Center as well as the 1890 Ranch and Cedar Park Town Center shopping plazas. In 2008 builders broke ground on Caballo Ranch as part of Cedar Park and residents pay taxes to the city of Cedar Park.
