Four Austin-area grillers will make national television appearances on an upcoming episode of "American Grilled" from Travel Channel.

Laura Lopez, Jay Tinney, Evan Leroy and Arturo Ramon II must use local staples for their recipes in order to impress the judges enough to receive the episode's $10,000 cash prize. The episode was filmed this past spring.

Some ingredients featured in the episode include Lockhart sausage, nopales—or cactus paddles, pecans, burning hot jalapeos and beef heart, according to a news release.

Another Texan featured in the episode will be Adrian Davila of Davila's BBQ. Davila was chosen as the local guest judge for the episode.

The episode will air at 8 p.m. Aug. 27.
