Athletic apparel maker Lululemon Athletica has been approved by the city of Austin to start construction on a new store in the Barton Creek Square Mall, 2901 N. Capital of Texas Hwy., Bldg. A, Unit 10A, Commercial Building Plan Examiner Tom Migl said.

According to the city's website, the project was approved on June 11 and includes a $150,000 remodel of the 3,227 square foot site.

Lululemon Athletica has two stores in the Austin area—at the Domain and on West 6th Street.
