Stoneridge, a proposed business park developed by Miguel Guillen and his wife, Jo-Iris, is planned for 8907 Bee Caves Road, Austin.

Guillen, a commercial pilot, said he designed a project for the 2.7-acre tract that involves eight separate two-story buildings of 1,200 square feet each. The units will be constructed of white stone with tin roofs and have a gravel walkway connecting the buildings, he said.

Three buildings are already on the tract—a dog day care, sports court contractor and a landscape business, he said. Plans include adding five new buildings and renovating the three existing structures to match the new style, Guillen said.

"I like building small cabins," he said. "I like the niche of small offices, each within their own building and not competing with big-box rental offices."

Guillen said he has had interest from a small group of attorneys to occupy one of the units in which each attorney would have an office and share a common meeting room.

He said he expects to break ground on the project at the beginning of 2015.
