At Somersault Innovative Cocktails, patrons can choose edible or liquid cocktails to satisfy their palates.
The speakeasy-like hangout specializes in creative and classic cocktails with a twist, where bartenders serve pyrotechnic beverages with foams, jams, sorbets or molecular caviar.
"We wanted to bring something out here that was unique and creative," Mixologist and Beverage Manager Ryan Glenn said. "It's very interesting and keeps people on their toes."
Jeff and Darren Van Delden and Greg Bodle, who own The Park at the Domain, opened the bar in May.
In 2014, Glenn said she hopes to introduce more variety in the bar's absinthe selection and possibly add a weekly music night.
