Residents wishing to cast their votes before election day may do so at any county polling location between April 29 and May 7. Polling locations are closed on Sunday. All locations feature electronic voting, said Connie Watson, Williamson County public affairs manager.
Williamson County's election office will oversee elections in Leander and Pflugerville ISDs that encompass voters who reside in Travis County, and a number of vote center locations for Williamson County elections will be located in Travis County, according to a news release. All Williamson County voters may vote at any Williamson County vote center location, including those locations that are located in Travis County.
Voters casting their votes on election day will also have the option to use any polling location because of the recent switch to countywide vote centers.
According to a March 13 Community Impact article, approximately 65 percent of voters currently participate in early voting.
