The new Del Frisco's Grille expected to open in November of this year will be a David Schwartz-designed two-story building at the northeast corner of Carroll Avenue and East Southlake Boulevard, according to a Southlake report.

Plans call for filling in a retention pond at the location and sending the water to the Winding Creek subdivision across Southlake Boulevard for storage, according to a SPIN report on file with the City of Southlake.
