Old-fashioned cooking, memories served daily

Ruby K's opened in June as a down-home eatery serving up country cooking.

Restaurant customers can enjoy breakfast favorites such as lemon ricotta pancakes and omelets, and lunch and dinner specialties such as liver and onions and chicken-fried steak. The restaurant also offers catering services and makes custom cakes.

Since opening in June, owner Kevin Hale said the restaurant has enjoyed positive input from customers, including good reviews of the restaurant's chicken-fried steak and coconut pie as well as praise for chef Denay Hill.

Hale invites everyone to enjoy a friendly atmosphere and delicious food that may bring back memories of past family dinners.
