Citizens who want to vote in the Nov. 6 elections must register before Oct. 9.

Early voting runs from Oct. 22 to Nov. 2. According to Travis County, voters can cast their ballot early at any participating early voting location.

Election Day is Nov. 6. Voters may utilize any vote center in the county, and voters will not be required to present a photo ID.

In a statement, Texas Secretary of State Hope Andrade said that a federal court panel denied judicial preclearance for the Texas Legislature's Senate Bill 14, which required photo ID to vote. Voters can present their voter registration cards, passports, driver's licenses or other forms of identification.
